You should feel free to post edit / vandalism warnings on their talk page and report them to AIV if they don't stop.
Warn them that continued re-editing without providing support documentation, could result in consequences to their ability to further post edits in the future.
It's turned into a bit of a war as people with ( apparent ) interests on each side try to post edits about things she's doing.
